Hello Grape Stomp Guests!
We are excited to be hosting our annual Grape Stomp event again and
we look forward to meeting all of you. In order to make it a smooth
and efficient day we thought we’d send along details of the
itinerary and important information you’ll need to plan your day
here at Kalyra Winery.

This event will take place entirely outside this year on our side and
back lawn areas. Please plan to be in the sun all day (sunscreen and
sun hats are great items to bring with you). You may also bring shade
umbrellas, but please no pop -up tents or canopies.
Our bars will be CASH ONLY where you can purchase wine by the glass
or bottles, so make sure to bring enough with you. Members may use
their card on file to run a tab and we will charge that at end of the
event. Food trucks are paid directly, cash is encouraged.

You will need to pick up ONLY your wristband, you cannot pick up for
others in your group as we need to ID; so bring your ID. Being
prepared will make it faster and easier for everyone.
Bring your lawn chairs, blankets etc. to find your spot on the back
or side lawns. We do have tables and chairs on the side lawn
available for all to share, but only a limited number are available.
Tractor rides will begin at 1:00 pm and end PROMPTLY at 4:00 pm…you
will be given a ticket for the tractor rides (1 per person please,
children must be accompanied by an adult). Music will begin at
around noon and end around 4:30. The Bone Dog Band is super fun so
get up and get dancing as the tunes move you.
Event ends at 5:00 p.m with
last pour at 4:00 p.m
12:30 p.m – 2:30 p.m
Make sure you dress in clothing that can get splashed on with grape
juice—it will happen! Lucy costumes and Togas encouraged—there
will be prizes! Also, be sure you are here in time to get a chance
to stomp the grapes. If you have a SEVERE bee or sting allergy please
come prepared and/or skip the stomping part of the event…it is
inevitable that with the grape season in full swing bees and yellow
jackets are in the area of the grape stomping. It’s never really a
problem, but we do want those who do not live in this area to be
aware of it.
We look forward to sharing our Wild and Pleasant Place with you!

While we do welcome pets most days, this is a day to leave the pets
at home. It is a loud event with music, many people, heat and sun,
lots of cars and not a good environment for pets, so please be kind
to them and leave them at home, with a friend and in a safe place.
Properly identified service dogs welcome.
